Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 large cabbage leaves
    2 c. tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion, mushrooms and beef in butter over medium heat. Remove and mix in cooked rice.
    Add to cabbage leaves and roll up; secure with toothpick.
    Place in pan and pour tomatoes and their juice over rolls.
    Sprinkle with salt and sugar.
    Cover; turn heat on medium until cover is hot.
    Reduce to low and cook for 20 minutes or until cabbage is done.
