Turkey Or Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up
    12 slices turkey or 6 cooked and deboned chicken thighs
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk or more
    2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. shredded cheese (I prefer Velveeta)
Preparation
    Steam broccoli 10 minutes; drain.
    Place poultry in bottom of greased lasagna pan, then broccoli and rice.
    Combine soup, milk and cheese.
    Pour over contents; stir carefully so as not to break the broccoli.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until mixture is hot.
    Great way to use up leftover turkey.
