Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    oil for frying
    sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, milk and eggs in bowl; beat until smooth. Heat 1/2-inch oil to 375\u00b0 in electric skillet.
    Pour 1/4 cup of batter into funnel.
    Drizzle into hot oil in spiral pattern, controlling flow with finger.
    Fry for one minute on each side or until golden brown; drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Yield:
    1 dozen.
