Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. extra hot ketchup
    1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion. Drain. Combine rest of ingredients with beef mixture. Simmer 30 minutes. Keep over low heat until ready to serve. Serve with large dip size Fritos.
