Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 small can Carnation evaporated milk
Preparation
    Brown 1/2 cup sugar in iron skillet.
    While this is browning, put all other ingredients in a thick cooker and bring to a boil. Add the browned sugar and let it all cook together for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and beat until ready to put on cake.
    Good on yellow or spice cake.
    Very good and easy.
