Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 Tbsp. Season-All
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Combine salmon, onion, eggs, seasoning, flour and Accent in large mixing bowl; blend well.
    Shape into patties.
    Place Crisco into large skillet on medium heat.
    Place patties in hot oil and fry 3 minutes on each side.
    Remove from heat; drain and cool. Yields 8 croquettes.
