Ingredients

1 pkg refrig. sugar cookie dough
1/4 c creamy peanut butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 medium Granny Smith Apples, sliced and cored
1/4 c caramel topping
1/2 c pecans, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation

Roll out cookie dough onto a rectangular baking pan or stone. Bake according to pkg directions. Set aside to cool. Mix peanut butter, vanilla, and cream cheese together and spread over cookie then arrange the sliced and cored apples over the peanut butter mixture. Use the remaining ingredients as garnish.
