Roast Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg of lamb, well trimmed of fat and tissue
    sliver of garlic
    flour
    sprinkle of salt, pepper, basil and garlic powder
Preparation
    Sliver garlic and place in small slits in meat.
    Cover meat with flour and sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil and garlic powder.
    Place on rack in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Start at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes per pound until juices run clear.
