Cinnamon Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

In a small bowl, using a mixer, beat eggs until fluffy.
Set aside.
In another large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
When fluffy, gradually add beaten egg, vanilla and water.
In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Pour half of sifted ingredients into creamed mixture.
Stir together. Gradually add rest of batter.
Add cinnamon and raisins.
Place 1 heaping teaspoon 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
