Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. sliced green onions and tops
    3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package direction; drain.
    In skillet, brown meat.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add green peppers and seasonings.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in flour, tomato sauce and paste.
    Blend together cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.
    Stir in green onions.
