Vegetarian Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. egg substitute
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. chopped mushrooms, sauteed
    1 c. chopped vegetarian strips
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. green peppers
    1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Put a little oil in skillet.
    Pour in egg substitute and let harden a little.
    Combine the rest of the ingredients, except the spaghetti sauce.
    Pour into semi-soft eggs.
