Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. cream
    3 beaten egg yolks
    salt and pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. chopped spinach (1 box frozen), drained well
    3 egg whites, beaten to peaks
Preparation
    Even non-spinach eaters like this one!
