Aunt Mary'S Cold Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation

Chop broccoli to desired size, only using flower head. Crumble bacon into bowl.
Add mayonnaise to taste.
Add sugar to taste.
Add grated cheese, onion and red wine vinegar.
Mix these ingredients together, then add broccoli.
Mix all together well. Best if refrigerated overnight.
