Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sauerkraut
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 green mango, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 red mango, chopped (optional)
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Squeeze juice out of kraut.
    Add all ingredients to kraut. Mix well.
    Let stand 24 to 48 hours (must).
    Keeps indefinitely.
