Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium zucchini
    olive oil
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic or minced garlic
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese or 2 pkg. shredded
Preparation
    Saute sliced zucchini in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
    Saute garlic (3 cloves), 3 to 5 minutes and add tomatoes.
    Simmer 5 minutes and then boil 10 to 12 minutes to thicken.
