Italian Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    3 large cans mushrooms (with liquid)
    olive oil
    Ortega peppers (fresh)
    salt to tate
    1 large can tomato paste
Preparation
    Brown onions in olive oil. Add mushrooms. Add cut up Ortega peppers and simmer.
    Next, add salt to taste and one large can tomato paste. Simmer slowly about 1 hour. Makes a large batch and freezes well.
    Very hot.
