Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 doz. eggs
    1 c. 2% milk
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 to 2 cans sliced potatoes, drained
    onion to taste, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch (lightly greased) pan: potatoes, onion, sausage and cheese. Pour egg and milk mixture on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 40 to 45 minutes.
