1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. baking cocoa
2 c. cold skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sliced bananas
chocolate flavored pie crust
reduced-calorie whipped topping
additional banana slices for garnish
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and cocoa.
Add cold milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Boil and stir 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Remove to a bowl; cover surface with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate until cool, about 1 hour.
