Maudie'S Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans French-style green beans
1 large onion, chopped fine
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
crushed Ritz crackers or onion rings
Preparation

Cook beans in juice until most of juice is out and beans are tender, then drain.
Cook onion in margarine until tender.
Add sour cream, soup and cheese.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers or canned onion rings.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (about 30 minutes).
