Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chopped broccoli
    2 sticks butter or margarine, divided
    1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers, made into crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed (do not overcook).
    Drain.
    Melt Velveeta cheese with 1 stick of butter.
    Add to drained broccoli. Put mixture into a rectangular greased glass dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs mixed with 1 stick melted butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes to heat thoroughly.
