Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini
    1 small grated onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    2 grated carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. chicken Stove Top
Preparation
    Lightly cook and drain zucchini. Mix stuffing with margarine, saving 1/2 cup for topping.
    Mix all ingredients with dressing (stuffing) mixture. Put in casserole and top with the 1/2 cup reserved stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
