Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat together cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add 1 egg at a time.
Beat after each egg.
Beat in butter and vanilla; pour into two butter flavored ready crust pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Chocolate chips may be used also.
One teaspoon lemon juice added to regular cheese can be used.
