Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

2 chicken breast halves with bones and skin removed
1 (4 oz.) jar baby food apricots
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Place chicken in baking pan.
Mix apricots and mustard and spoon over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Baste and bake 10 more minutes, uncovered.
