Basic Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    melted butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Combine flour, sugar and salt in large mixer bowl.
    Cut in butter with mixer at low speed.
    Add mixture of milk, eggs and yeast; mix well.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Chill, covered, overnight.
    Use to make Apple Kuchen, cinnamon rolls or pecan rolls.
    Serves 16.
