Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. peach juice
    2 small cans sliced peaches, drained (save juice)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients except peaches and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish. Place drained peaches over mixture.
