Apple-Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 unpeeled oranges, quartered and seeded
2 unpeeled apples, quartered and cored
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar or to taste
Preparation

Chop oranges, apples and cranberries in food processor into fine pieces.
Add sugar and mix well.
Store covered in refrigerator.
This relish gets better as it seasons.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
