Orange Bavarian Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. whipping cream, thoroughly chilled
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of the orange juice and heat over hot water.
    Combine remaining 1 1/4 cups orange juice with sugar.
    Add gelatin and set in cold place, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar.
    When mixture is set to a soft jelly, whip the cream until stiff.
    Fold in lemon juice and then orange gelatin mixture.
    Pour into mold and set.
    Serves 8.
