Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. popped corn
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil the sugar, water, vinegar and salt until the syrup reaches hard ball stage.
    Add vanilla.
    While mixture is still hot, pour over popcorn and mix well.
    When cold enough to handle, grease hands with butter and shape into balls.
