Spaghetti Roma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. thin spaghetti
    water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped very fine
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    Parmesan
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti per package directions; drain and keep warm. Heat oil and butter; add garlic, salt and oregano; cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle oil mixture, egg and parsley over spaghetti; toss and serve sprinkled with cheese.
    Serves 6.
