Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. red potatoes, boiled, cooled and cut in half
    6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half
    2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 to 3 green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. fresh dill
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving.
