Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
2 c. chopped nuts
4 Tbsp. cocoa
4 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon
2 c. confectioners sugar
additional sugar (to roll them in)
Preparation

Mix crushed wafers, sugar, nuts and cocoa.
Add syrup and bourbon.
Mix real well.
The mixture should be moist but not soggy.
Roll mixture into small balls.
Roll in powdered sugar or granulated sugar.
Store in airtight container.
Balls can be made as far ahead as you like.
