Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries*
    additional butter or margarine, melted
    additional sugar
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs.
    Blend in milk, butter, nutmeg and vanilla.
    Pour into dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.
    Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
    Yields 1 dozen.
