Pecan Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 c. confectioners sugar (for rolling)
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Roll in balls and flatten with bottom of glass dipped in confectioners sugar on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
When cool, roll cookies in confectioners sugar.
