Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. each frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
    1/4 c. finely chopped each celery and onion
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of paprika
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery and onion; add broth. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are done. Combine milk, flour, paprika and salt; stir into broth mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
