Diabetic Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. granulated sugar replacement (Sweet 'N Low or Sugar Twin)
    1/4 c. Cary's diet maple syrup
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. liquid shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all in mixing bowl.
    Beat to blend thoroughly.
    Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan which has been sprayed with Pam and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
