Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order given and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
    Serves 6 to 8.
