Sausage Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, broken into bite size pieces
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage, fried, crumbled and drained
    4 eggs
    2 3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. mushroom soup
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put bread on bottom, next the cheese and then sausage.
    Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cups milk; pour over casserole.
    Mix 1/2 cup milk, mustard and soup together and pour over all.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Put in cold oven; turn to 300\u00b0 and bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake for 30 to 45 minutes longer.
