Orange Charlotte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. plain gelatin
2/3 c. cold water
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. orange juice and pulp
6 egg whites
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Soak gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve in boiling water.
Add sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and pulp.
Chill in pan of ice water.
When quite cold and thick, whip until frosty.
Add stiffly beaten egg whites.
Fold in whipped cream gently.
