Mock Oyster Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
6 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/3 c. minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. garlic cheese
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook broccoli, drain well and set aside.
Cook onion in margarine until tender.
Add soup, mushrooms, cheese spread and hot sauce.
Heat until cheese melts.
Stir in broccoli and salt. Serve in chafing dish or mini crock-pot.
Great with corn chips or Melba toast squares.
