Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortillas (I use 10 oz. pkg. Doritos cheese nachos)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 onion (optional)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can Ranch-style beans
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, divided in half
Preparation
    Line large casserole dish with tortillas.
    Brown ground beef. Add salt, onion and chili powder.
    Cook until onions are clear. Put meat on top of tortillas; cover with beans and 1/2 of the cheese.
    Add another layer of tortillas.
    Mix mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies together and pour over top of tortillas.
    Top with remaining cheese and cover.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
