Beef Olive Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry beef, chopped
1/2 c. chopped, stuffed green olives
Preparation

Mix sherry and minced onion.
Let stand.
Mix softened cream cheese with rest of ingredients.
Fold in sherry/onion mixture. Best when prepared early in day.
Serve with rye crackers.
