Teeala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers, sliced
    2 potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, sliced (medium)
    1 or 2 squash
    1 1/2 to 2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
    oregano
    parsley
    garlic
    basil
Preparation
    Put oil in pot and fry.
    Add onion, sliced.
    Fry until half done.
    Get a casserole dish and put 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce and 3 tablespoons grated cheese and bread crumbs in.
    Layer vegetables, sauce, cheese and bread crumbs.
    Add small amount of oregano, parsley, garlic and basil between layers.
    Cover with foil and seal good.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or 1 hour until potatoes are done.
