Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash
    bell pepper
    sharp Cheddar cheese
    crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Clean and cut squash in slices.
    Boil until tender.
    Transfer to baking dish in layers of crushed cracker crumbs and bell pepper.
    Top with sharp Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve with pork or venison.
