Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 (14 oz.) cans carrots, mashed
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. In mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, both sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and combine well. Stir in carrots and nuts. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Allow cake to cool completely before frosting.
