Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Veg-All (16 oz.)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Hidden Valley dry Ranch dressing (optional)
1 stick butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Brown Ritz crackers in butter.
Mix all ingredients (except crackers) together in casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. This recipe may be halved.
