Sugar-Free Banana Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 large bananas
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. orange juice
    4 packets Equal sugar substitute
    1 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Stir to blend.
    Puree the bananas.
    Add the bananas and remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
