Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 c. white sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, with juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease one 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Beat eggs slightly; add butter and sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in pineapple and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and walnuts.
Stir well and pour into pineapple mixture.
Stir to moisten.
Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Test doneness with a toothpick.
Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Cool completely before slicing.
