Sole And Crab Cardinale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. sole
    2 oz. crabmeat
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1/8 c. white wine
    slice Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Poach the sole in white wine until white.
    Top with crabmeat and your own white sauce.
    Add a slice of Swiss cheese and bake to a golden brown.
