Grandma'S Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1-2 pods garlic, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to low broil with rack in lowest position. Saute spinach and garlic in olive oil.
Cook down until tender. Drain well and place spinach mixture in a bowl.
In a separate bowl beat 3 eggs.
Pour egg mixture over spinach and garlic.
Heat olive oil in oven-proof skillet until semi-hot.
Pour spinach mixture into skillet.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
Place on lowest position and broil until top is browned.
Using pizza cutter, cut through the middle like a pizza into 6 slices. Serves 6.
