Pumpkin Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed pumpkin
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 stick margarine
    2 c. Pet milk
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat pumpkin, flour, sugar and spice until smooth.
    Add egg yolks and beat again; add milk and beat until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla and margarine.
    Pour into baked pie shell and add a meringue topping or Cool Whip.
